Cara B. Naturally is an all natural product "especially for ethnically diverse children." Their product is newborn safe, tear free, and has been tested by certified and accredited labs.
Their website also states that their products are free of parabens, petrolatum, phthalates, sulfates, mineral oil, artificial fragrances and preservatives. Their product has also been awarded the coveted Natural Products Association certification (don't know what it is, but sounds good!!!).
